RESOLUTION
BY COUNCIL PRESIDENT COLLINS-BELLAMY, MAJORITY LEADER RUBBO, MINORITY LEADER BREEN, MAJORITY WHIP NORMAN, COUNCILMEMBERS PINEDA-ISAAC, DIAZ, AND HODGES:
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:
That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($24,000.00) of the action entitled, "ALLSTATE INSURANCE GROUP a/s/o PABLO ARIAS, Plaintiff”, against “CITY OF YONKERS, Defendant", alleging a PIP Claim in relation to a motor vehicle accident involving a city truck and Pablo Arias at the intersection of Nepperhan Avenue and Orchard Place in Yonkers, New York on October 29, 2024, be and the same hereby is approved and the Comptroller of the City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in the amount of TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($24,000.00) in favor of said plaintiff, ALLSTATE INSURANCE GROUP a/s/o PABLO ARIAS.
