RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:

That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00) of the action entitled, "AML AZAB, Plaintiff”, against “YONKERS BOARD OF EDUCATION, YONKERS PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT, CITY OF YONKERS, Defendants", alleging a personal injury claim in relation to claimant’s fall down accident on October 21, 2019, at the Vive School in Yonkers, be and the same hereby is approved and the Comptroller of the City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00) in favor of Krieger, Wilansky & Hupart, Esqs., as attorneys for Aml Azab.
