RESOLUTION CORRECTING RESOLUTION 70-2026 WITH RESPECT TO THE TAX MAP IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OF 501 HAWTHORNE AVENUE.

WHEREAS, at the meeting of the Yonkers City Council (the “City Council”) held March 24, 2026, the City Council adopted Resolution 70-2026 approving a site plan and special use permit application for a proposed film studio on the property known as 501 Hawthorne Avenue (the “Property”); and
WHEREAS, Resolution 70-2026 misidentified the Property’s tax identification number on the Official Tax Map of the City of Yonkers (the “Tax Map ID Number”) as Block 3182, Lot 2. The correct Tax Map ID Number of the Property is Block 1, Lot 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that for all the reasons stated in Resolution 70-2026 the City Council, hereby accepts the recommendations of the Planning Board that the site plan and special use permit application be granted for the Property, which is identified on the Official City Tax Map as Block 1, Lot 2; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all the requirements and conditions of Resolution 70-2026 are incorporated herein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
