RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:
That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of FORTY-TWO THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($42,500.00) of the claim entitled, "THE BLACK CAR FUND A/S/O ARILENNY RODRIGUEZ” against “CITY OF YONKERS”, alleging a PIP Claim in relation to a motor vehicle accident involving a Department of Public Works Mack Truck at the intersection of Park Avenue and Convent Place, in Yonkers, New York on October 24, 2023, be and the same hereby is approved and the Comptroller of the City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in the amount of FORTY-TWO THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($42,500.00) in favor of said claimant, THE BLACK CAR FUND a/s/o ARILENNY RODRIGUEZ.
