A SPECIAL ORDINANCE FOR TITLE IIIC/NSIP NUTRITION SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $111 AND AMENDING THE CITY OF YONKERS GRANT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025

The City of Yonkers hereby ordains and enacts:

 

Section 1: The Westchester County Department of Senior Program and Services has awarded a grant of $237,326 to the Yonkers Office for the Aging (the “City”), to fund nutrition services for the year 2025. The original budget is $237,215 for a difference of $111.

 

                     Section 2:   The City match remains the same.

 

                     Section 3:  The above constitutes a “Type II” action under SEQRA and its implementing regulations, 6 NYCRR Part 617, which constitute an action determined not to have a significant effect on the environment and therefore requiring no further environmental review.

 

Section  4:   The Mayor of the City or his authorized designee is hereby empowered to execute any and all instruments and take such other actions as may be necessary to effectuate the purposes hereof.

 

Section 5:   The City’s Grant Budget for fiscal year 2025 is hereby amended by increasing revenues and appropriations for the City of Yonkers Office for the Aging, as follows:
