RESOLUTION
BY COUNCIL PRESIDENT COLLINS-BELLAMY, MAJORITY LEADER RUBBO, MAJORITY WHIP NORMAN, MINORITY LEADER BREEN, COUNCILMEMBERS, PINEDA-ISAAC, DIAZ AND HODGES:
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:

That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00) in the action entitled, G.M.S. Infant by M.N.G. Susan Murray, Plaintiff against The City of Yonkers, Defendant, for Personal Injury which arose when infant claimant tripped over an exposed bolt on the floor inside the auditorium at Pearls Hawthorne on February 13, 2026, by all accounts this bolt was exposed after an auditorium seat was removed years earlier by school staff, be and the same is hereby approved and the Comptroller of the City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00) in favor of said Plaintiff and their attorneys HACH & ROSE, LLP as Attorneys for G.M.S. Infant by M.N.G. Susan Murray, 112 Madison Avenue, 10th Floor, New York New York 10016.
