RESOLVED, by the City Council of The City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:

That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and 00/100 ($15,000.00) in the matter entitled “Michael Jones, Plaintiff, v. Anthony L. Delbene and The City of Yonkers, Defendants,” for personal injuries arising from an incident on January 24, 2020 when a City motor vehicle allegedly struck plaintiff, a pedestrian, on Pierpointe Street near Main Street, be and the same hereby is approved, and the Comptroller of The City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in favor of “Michael L. Jones and Sobo & Sobo, as attorneys,” in the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and 00/100 ($15,000.00).
