RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF YONKERS AND THE LOCAL 456, INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS (WHITE COLLAR UNIT)
WHEREAS, the City of Yonkers and the Local 456, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, White Collar Unit (“Local 456 WC Unit”) have agreed to a successor collective bargaining agreement for the period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the successor collective bargaining agreement between the City of Yonkers and Local 456 WC Unit for the period July 1, 2025, through and including June 30, 2029, as stated in the attached Memorandum of Agreement, is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above constitutes a “Type II” action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”), and its implementing regulations, 6 NYCRR Part 617, which is an action determined not to have a significant effect on the environment and therefore does not require further environment review.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
