RESOLUTION
BY COUNCIL PRESIDENT COLLINS-BELLAMY, MAJORITY LEADER RUBBO, MAJORITY WHIP NORMAN, MINORITY LEADER BREEN, COUNCILMEMBERS, PINEDA-ISAAC, DIAZ AND HODGES:
RESOLUTION - ADVICE AND CONSENT TO THE RE-APPOINTMENT OF ADRIAN DJONBALAJ AS A BOARD MEMBER TO THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Yonkers City Council hereby gives its advice and consent to the reappointment of Adrian Djonbalaj to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a three-year term to expire on December 31, 2028; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
