RESOLUTION OF THE YONKERS CITY COUNCIL APPROVING A SETTLEMENT WITH GTL CONSTRUCTION, LLC

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:
That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($190,000.00) for a claim made by GTL CONSTRUCTION, LLC in connection with work performed at the Hudson River Museum be and the same hereby is approved and the Comptroller of the City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in the amount of ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($190,000.00) in favor of GTL CONSTRUCTION, LLC.
