RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:
That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of Eleven Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Six and 80/100 Cents ($11,126.80) of the action entitled, “State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company a/s/o Seon A. Raghubar, plaintiff against THE CITY OF YONKERS, Defendant", for property damaging arising out of plaintiff’s vehicle being struck by a City DPW roll-off truck on Tuckahoe Road, be and the same hereby is approved and the Comptroller of the City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in the amount of Eleven Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Six and 80/100 Cents ($11,126.80) in favor of said plaintiff.
