RESOLVED, by the City Council of The City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:
That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of TWO HUNDRED AND SIX THOUSAND ($206,000.00) DOLLARS in the matter entitled “In re: , D&J Concrete Corp., Claimant” for damages arising out of a contract related to the construction of the YFD/YPD training facility at 120 Fullerton Ave., be and the same hereby is approved, and the Comptroller of The City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in favor of D&J Concrete Corp. in the amount of TWO HUNDRED AND SIX THOUSAND ($206,000.00) DOLLARS.
