RESOLVED, by the City Council of The City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:
That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of TWO-HUNDRED AND TWENTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO ($226,782.00) DOLLARS in the matter entitled “In re: Steelsmith, Inc., Claimant” for damages arising out of a contract related to the construction of the YFD/YPD training facility at 120 Fullerton Ave., be and the same hereby is approved, and the Comptroller of The City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in favor of Steelsmith Inc. in the amount of TWO-HUNDRED AND TWENTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO ($226,782.00) DOLLARS.
