AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE GRANT BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2025 AND TERMINATING JUNE 30, 2026.

The City of Yonkers, in City Council convened, hereby ordains and enacts:
Section 1. The annual estimate of expenditures and revenues of $16,253,468 for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 submitted by the Mayor and amended for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026, having been filed in the Office of the City Clerk on April 15, 2025, and public hearings thereon having been held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 and Thursday, May 22, 2025, is hereby approved and adopted as the Grant Budget of the City of Yonkers for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2025 and terminating June 30, 2026, consisting of Personal Services, Equipment, Materials and Supplies and Contractual Services all as set forth in the Budget Document for the respective grants, attached hereto and a part hereof.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
