RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:
That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS and ZERO CENTS ($145,000.00) of the action entitled, "JORGE MALO, VERONICA MALO, MARINA SUAREZ and ANGELA SUAREZ against THE CITY OF YONKERS, ET AL, Defendants", for personal injuries allegedly sustained by the plaintiffs as a result of a motor vehicle accident on March 9, 2021, be and the same hereby is approved and the Comptroller of the City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS and ZERO CENTS ($145,000.00) in favor of “Robertson & Associates, 42 Broadway, Suite 2040, New York, New York 10004, as attorneys for Jorge Malo, Veronica Malo, Marina Suarez and Angela Suarez” to be paid on or before July 31, 2025.
