RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:
That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS and ZERO CENTS ($50,000.00) of the action entitled, "ROBERT KALINOWSKI against THE CITY OF YONKERS, ET AL, Defendants", for personal injuries allegedly sustained by the plaintiff as a result of a construction accident at the Cross Hill Academy on September 8, 2021, be and the same hereby is approved and the Comptroller of the City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS and ZERO CENTS ($50,000.00) in favor of “Block, O’Toole & Murphy, LLP, One Penn Plaza, Suite 4850, New York, New York 10119, as attorneys for Robert Kalinowski” to be paid on or before July 31, 2025.
