A RESOLUTION RENEWING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH PKF O'CONNOR DAVIES, LLP TO CONDUCT BUDGET AND FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES.

WHEREAS, the City of Yonkers (the "City") recognizes its valued past relationship with PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP, 500 Mamaroneck Avenue, Harrison, New York 10601 (the "Consultant"), in connection with its provision of budget and financial consulting services to the City, including the Yonkers City Council (the "City Council"); and
WHEREAS, the provision of such consulting services to the City, including in connection with the adoption of its annual budgets, has proven to be of significant value to the City, including the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Consultant, by virtue of its expertise in, among other things, municipal finances and budgeting, as well as its knowledge of the City, its capital and operational requirements and its budget processes, is particularly qualified to continue to provide budget and financial consulting services to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to continue to retain the Consultant for the City's fiscal years 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 to provide such important consulting services, including in connection with the City's budgets for these fiscal years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City hereby retains the Consultant and renews its professional services contract with the Consultant to provide professional financial and budget consulting services, including the review of the proposed City budgets for the fiscal years 2025/2026 and 2026/2027, as well as other analytical services, commencing as of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026 and be it
