A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF YONKERS FOR THE 2024/2025 FISCAL YEAR IN RELATION TO TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM DEBT SERVICE EDUCATION FUND GASB 87 LEASES FOR THE PURPOSE OF BOE BASIC OPERATING EXPENDITURES.

The City of Yonkers in City Council convened, hereby ordains and enacts:
Section1. The budget for fiscal year 2024/2025 is hereby amended by
transferring funds as follows:

Section 2. The balance of such appropriation remaining after the transfer equals or exceeds the estimated expenditure the City requires for such purpose during the remainder of the budget year as per the attached justification document to be submitted to the State Comptroller for approval.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
