A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF YONKERS CAPITAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025 BY INCREASING THE CAPITAL BUDGET BY $3,000,000

WHEREAS, as required by the Section C5-7(C) of the City Charter, the City Council held a public hearing on even date herewith to consider an amendment to the Capital Budget of the City of Yonkers for the fiscal year 2024/2025; and
NOW THEREFORE,
The City of Yonkers, in City Council convened, hereby ordains and enacts:
Section 1: A Special Ordinance amending the Capital Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025, increasing the estimated total authorization set forth in said Capital Budget by Three Million ($3,000,000) Dollars, from Sixty-Eight Million Five Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Eighty-Six ($68,583,086) Dollars, to Seventy-One Million Five Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Eighty-Six ($71,583,086) Dollars, which is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2: The City of Yonkers Capital Budget for the fiscal year 2024/2025 is further amended by adding the following authorization:
