RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:
That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($315,000.00) of the action entitled, “ERCILIA PEREZ, Plaintiff against THE CITY OF YONKERS and DANIEL FARRELL, Defendants,” for personal injuries, medical expenses and other expenses arising out of an alleged incident alleging that the plaintiff was injured by a City of Yonkers motor vehicle in the vicinity of Yonkers Avenue and Walnut Street in Yonkers, be and the same hereby is approved and the Comptroller of the City of Yonkers is directed immediately to draw his first warrant in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($157,500.00) in favor of ERCILIA PEREZ and Steve Anduze, Esq., as attorney, and on or before September 20, 2025, to draw his second warrant in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($157,500.00) in favor of ERCILIA PEREZ and Steve Anduze, Esq., as attorney.
