RESOLVED, by the City Council of The City of Yonkers, in meeting assembled:
That the settlement by the Corporation Counsel in the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS and 00/100 ($30,000.00) in the matter entitled “Travelers Indemnity Company of Connecticut, Plaintiff, v. The City of Yonkers, et al, Defendants,” for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits paid on behalf of Nelly Bautista arising from a March 25, 2010 motor vehicle accident at the interchange of the Cross County and Saw Mill River Parkways when an unmarked YPD vehicle rear ended a school bus resulting in an as yet unresolved personal injury claim by Bautista for which Travelers Indemnity Company of Connecticut paid substantial PIP benefits, be and the same hereby is approved, and the Comptroller of The City of Yonkers is directed to draw his warrant in favor of “Travelers Indemnity Company of Connecticut” in the amount of THRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS and 00/100 ($30,000.00).
